Zhaxi Zhuoma wishes to make the entire text of Thus Have I Seen: The Marvelous True Buddha Dharma and Its Power to Transform available online so that you may better understand what it was like to follow a true Holy Being–a Buddha. The book also includes certain practice Dharmas and methods to be used in following the Buddha.
In 2021, while cloistered by COVID, Zhaxi Zhuoma with considerable help from her dear student and friend, Gesang Suolang Rinpoche (Margaret Park Esterman 1954-2023), published and shared her observations of the many miraculous events and ceremonies that she was privileged to have witnessed and participated in with H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and His close disciples. These experiences began in 2001 and happened in all 50 states as well as several Asian countries.
Zhaxi Zhuoma (1940–), also known as Carol or Hojun Welker, is Abbot of the Holy Vajrasana Temple and Retreat Center, near Sanger, California. She was a close disciple of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III (1951-2022) for over twenty years and a Buddhist since 1983. She maintains a more-or-less weekly blog on the teachings and activities related to her Buddha Master entitled “Thus Have I Seen and Heard” at https://www.zhaxizhuoma.org that provides more examples of what is in this book. She also leads classes on the English translations (sometimes preliminary) of the writings and Dharma discourses of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and various Buddhist Matriarchs and Patriarchs of different traditions at the Learning from Buddha College and Seminary, an on-line school which she founded. The blog also includes class discussions and current events related to Dharma practice.
