At the Xuanfa Dharma Center the following day Zhaxi Zhuoma Rinpoche read the preliminary translation of “Are Supernatural Powers Necessary to Become Greatly Accomplished? The Difference between Buddha-Dharma and Qigong,” a discourse given by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III that comments on the Kuan Yin Bodhisattva Great Compassion Empowerment.
