H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has told us that we must understand the information, protocols, and instructions included in the official announcements, statements, explanations, validations, and the like of the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. We need to also read the releases of the International Buddhist Sangha Association (IBSA) and the World Buddhism Association Headquarters (WBAH). The most important announcements are reprinted on this website as Buddha-Dharma and some statements are included as articles and elsewhere on this website. The Buddha has said that He will not offer inner tantric initiations to those who do not understand the public announcements of His office. Most are only preliminary unofficial translations and have not been reviewed or approved by those organizations. They are provided for reference as translated and may contain errors or misunderstandings. They will be maintained on the Xuanfa Institute Archival Site, but can be accessed here for your convenience.
