The holy dharma protectors publicly made their presence known at the Xuanfa Institute after plans were announced to build a stupa to commemorate the coming to this world of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. The stupa will be known as the Stupa of Vajra Manifestations and will include relics or sharira of the Buddha and other holy objects and images of American Bodhisattvas.
