Adam is seen here removing the closet wall next to the Green Tara Chapel. We spent this weekend moving into the dorm area and relocating the office to the library so that the hallways could be widened to meet ADA requirements. Thanks to the Grogers and Travis we were able to do this. We still managed to have a class on one of the preliminary translations of a discourse given by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha in Taiwan. However, we will need to have the closets finished to reclaim the Green Tara Chapel for next week’s class.
The library now also serves as the office for the Xuanfa Institute and the Xuanfa Five Vidyas University.
Sean starts the process of widening the hallway from the Buddha Hall to the Green Tara Chapel.
The hallway into the Green Tara Chapel needed to be widened. The door to the chapel will also need to be replaced to be ADA compliant.
The Green Tara Chapel now holds the contents of the hall closet.
